Processing & Shipping Times
Non customized orders are processed during business hours and generally ship within 1-3 business days. Customized products may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the product and quantity. However, processing times can take longer, especially during holidays.
Store Credit Return Policy
At Breakaway Threads, we want you to love what you've ordered! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit within 14 days of receipt.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by visiting https://account.breakaway-threads.com.
- Returns must be sent to the following address: 713 Woodside Ln., Bay City, MI 48708.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized products and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- To start your return, please visit our returns center at https://account.breakaway-threads.com.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
